Tastes pretty good and it's the best BCAA I could find online. No fake flavors. I've bought vitamins from this company before, so I knew their reputation. They make a good product. Before this, I was drinking Xtend and it tasted like crap (very fake "blueberry" like junk) and then decided to switch over. It's a little more money but you get what you pay for (quality!!).
Why make a container so big when you are going to fill half the capacity!! Psychologically feel cheated but I know what I paid for. Manufacturer save money by using a smalled container!
I really have no lingering soreness after lifting the particular muscle groups in the 2 days following and I’m in my 50’s. Expensive, but does the job it says it will.

I respect and mostly love all the products this company makes, but this stuff is disgusting. It tastes terrible and there's no way to make it taste better; not even a smoothie will cover the taste. It probably does have in it what it says it has, but I couldn't really assess it for effectiveness because I couldn't stand the taste.
