I'm a nutritionist and VERY picky on my supplements. I was out of my normal probiotics, and was getting over a GI illness and couldn't wait for my normal probiotics to come in. These are amazing. I typically take 50 billion (I'm treating my leaky gut syndrome) probiotics a day. Since these are controlled release, meaning they release in your intestines versus your stomach, I wasn't confident to take my normal 50 billion and followed the package recommendations. I'd recommend these, and this brand, and controlled release, if you are looking for a probiotic.

Probiotics either work or don't, these work
It's hard for me to tell if probiotics are working as advertised or not. Dealing with severe IBD I try whatever might help alleviate symptoms and improve my health. I take probiotics along with my prescriptions as just another level of coverage and hoping for improvements.<br /><br />These probiotics seemed to help more than other brands, but it's hard to be certain. Definitely will try them again though

Cost effective probiotic

Ineffective
After seeing the positive reviews and low price I decided to try these in place of my regular, more expensive brand. As far as I can tell these do nothing and I have lost all progress made with previous brand. I contacted the company to discuss the ineffectiveness of the product and see if maybe it was a bad batch, but they never responded. I'm going back to the brand that actually works.
