Just ordered these for a 3rd time. They're great. My whole life it has taken me an hour minimum to fall asleep and then the slightest noise wakes me back up. These have totally changed things for me, finally at 29 years old I'm getting a decent night's sleep. I can't recommend it enough.

I love these!!!!!!! Two of my three kids have major issues when it comes to falling asleep. It's been a problem for years. A friend recommended these to me. So I perchased these gummies and gave them to my kids the evening these arrived. Within 30 minutes my kids were telling ME that they needed to go to bed, not the other way around!!! These are lifesavers for my family!!! My kids get more sleep + less behavioral problems = happy mom and teachers! And happy children!:) I'm happy I spent a little and tried these out.

I love that these are plant-based gummies, and that they are so tasty with just the right amount of squish and non-stickiness! I love these so much I shared on Facebook! I wish my local store had some on the shelf!.

They seem to help me fall asleep, but they made me extreamly fatigued and depressed the next day, which is the opposite result I was trying to get by getting sleep. I thought something was really wrong with me untill I figured out it was the melatonin. I also read another review someone said it made their coffee taste bad. I have to agree, my beloved coffee tasted horrible and had no effect. It may work for some people, but for some reason I had a bad experience with the horrible headache and horrible fatigue, it was like a hangover.

If I didn't have to chew up 5 or 6 of them then I would have given more stars. Since I have to use sooo many it's not the best value for the money. However it DOES give really good sleep once you figure out how many work for you. Also- don't forget to brush your teeth before falling asleep as they definitely are full of sugar, which gives them a delicious strawberry candy flavor. I can't take prescription sleeping pills because they give me nightmares. These help me rest without having bad dreams.

I'm not sure if we received a bum batch of these, but the gummies are very dry and not very chewy... Rather than most gummy vitamins which have the consistency of gummy bears, these sorta mush apart while chewing them like gum drops. The flavor is fine and they're effective at producing sleepy results, but the texture is really off-putting!
