Easier to swallow. Just remember that these herbs should be treated as medicine
Easier to swallow than other brands (Swanson)

Ashwagandha is one of those things that if you tolerate it, you gotta have it around for when it is necessary. It does help notably in controlling the effects of anxiety, agressivity, and sleeping disorders.

Just eat it with a meal at night. But even then it usually requires to eat something else on top of it, because this thing is aggressive on the stomach mucosa.

This thing is known to lower cholesterol.

But also to reduce Glucose, and to reduce blood pressure.

It also interacts with the Thyroid hormone, supposedly balancing it, but in some case it helps in bringing it up.

therefore, you need to observe caution with it, checking yourself first in a laboratory for glucose and blood pressure, thyroid hormone (maybe you are prone to some hipoglucemia, or some Hyperthyroidism) then even asking a physician about the interactions it may have with your particular conditions and medications could be eventually a necessary step.

As of special note: You have to be super careful if you are a female, as this herb is said to interact negatively with pregnancy, to the point that it may even induce abortion (perhaps with a high dose, but it is not quantified)
