I've tried so many supplements and it's just so hard and expensive to sort the good from the bad or just plain what works for you, since everyone is different. I jumped on the chance to try these because I have a lot of pains, shoulder, neck, hips, knees, etc from being hit by a car when I was young and the resulting arthritis now from those old injuries. I also always feel tired, even when I sleep 7-8 hours. This supplement is helping with both. I have more energy and am less sore which may go hand in hand. If you have constant pains, you know what I mean when I say I was sick and tired of being sick and tired. I feel like these are going to make a huge long term difference after my results just one week in, and I am getting everyone to try them...my mother with chronic pancreatitis, my sister with chrons disease (both painful inflammatory conditions) my aunt with severe back pain...I hope it helps them all as it has me. With the price for a months supply, it's so very worth it. Do yourself a favor and try it! Also, I'm a total pill baby and I have no issue taking these. They are easy to swallow, and that's saying a lot coming from me!

I was concerned about my mother taking these because she is a diabetic & I didn't want her insulin level to increase like it does when she drinks cherry juice. But I was assured by Ryan that this wouldn't happen since these supplements are made mostly from cherry skins. My arthritis pain was improved after taking just 1 of these capsules. I decided to open one of them & taste the contents & it's delicious. This should be sold in powder form for those who don't like capsules or have difficulty swallowing them. I received this at a discount in exchange for an honest review.<br />Update: This product contains magnesium stearate which may be harmful to your health. Please research all supplements before purchasing. I will no longer be taking these.

I have been taking TheraCherry capsules for many years. There are many reviews on using the product for joint pain but I am actually having great results using TheraCherry for sleep. I take two capsules 30 minutes before bedtime and have no problem falling and staying asleep! Give it a fair chance and you just might be surprised at how well they work!!

This is the first product/medication, prescription or non-prescription, that has helped my husband's gout--and with absolutely no side effects. I followed the directions, but saw no difference in sleep. It is expensive for no real improvement, so won't order again.
