I have tried a couple other probiotics brands, and this is the least expensive and works perfectly, i have been know using this particular brand for a a few years now and definitely recommend it.

I purchased this at Costco, and started taking them once a day, primarily for the immunity boost. The first 2-3 days were gassy and uncomfortable. Then it was all fine for 2 weeks. After two weeks, I started to become VERY gassy and uncomfortable in the evenings and I have had to stop taking these. I was very regular before I started, so that was not something I needed to have 'adjusted'. Day two after I stopped taking and I am having to double down on the allergy meds, the ONLY difference being that I stopped taking these. Some research says that not all probiotics are the same and each person should fiddle around with the brands to see which one works best for them. As well as this has worked for other reviewers, I have suffered the last week pretty horribly due to this supplement. Just be warned, if these aren't the bacteria your gut needs, your reaction may be less than pleasant.

I previously purchased these at Costco and used them daily. They were great. I found them on Amazon and ordered so that I wouldn't have to make a trip to the Costco. Bad choice. These were not the same quality. Not sure if they were old or what, but I noticed a DRAMATIC difference versus the store-bought ones of the same brand.

One of the most effective that I’ve tried. Decreased bloating. Also stable on the shelf and individually wrapped. Great for traveling.

I have had issues with diarrhea recently. I believe I may be slightly lactose intolerant. The first day I tried this probiotic I felt a lot better. I have not had any diarrhea since I started. I have also noticed a reduction in gas and bloating. awesome product!

Product arrived on time. I take one a day and have for a long time. Frankly can’t tell if it does anything just take it because it seems like a good idea.
