I'v been taking Ashwagandha Extract for many , many years . However this is my first encounter with Hawaiipham brand and I must say to me it seems watered down . I will go back to my old brand which seems much stronger . Sending you all a happy ,healthy, happy meaningful TRUE life .
This company makes wonderful products! I used to take a powdered Ashwaganda and was delighted to find this from HawaiiPharm. I take it in the morning as a female energy tonic and I can tell the difference when I forget to take it.
