I like this product. It seemed to work well for me. I don't like how, over the period of a year, the price rose from $20 to $45. Moved to another brand of probiotics and the occasional use of kefir. Still interested in taking rice kefiran, just not interested in being extorted.
I give Lane Labs' Kefiran a 5 because it came through with the results promised in the promo. In fact, I just ordered 4 more bottles for the price of 3. I much prefer to take my "kefir" in capsules rather than drink it.
Very helpful for trapped gas and IBS. Will keep ordering.
I love this product! I have a myriad of health issues (panic disorder, IBS, GAD) and this supplement, in combination wih a couple other things im doing (essential oils, prebiotics) is really helping me take control of my health! 50 billion CFUs is awesome for my gut, and its apparent. Will be a lifelong customer.
I take two of these capsules each day with 8-10 ounces of the kefir milk smoothie. Since my discovery of kefir, my IBS is almost nonexistent. I swear by this product and will buy it for the rest of my life.
I made my kefir shakes in the morning for over a decade. Alas, when the culture failed I tried another. Didn’t perform as well or last past a few months. Tried Pre & pro biopics. Eh...better, but not the same. Tried these....BINGO! I am also taking the pre and pro biopics (because I still have them) but these pills are DA BOMB.
