I've been using this off and one for sleep issues and suddenly developed ocular migraines. I had to stop using it and now feel like there are withdrawel symptoms associated with it (more headaches). I think it messes with the chemicals in the brain so am now a little nervous about taking it again. .. but it did work for awhile.

I think it really does help protect against stress.

Great product

Took this for a month and didn't notice much change. Might just not work for me personally.

Capsules are on the larger side, hard for me to swallow. Product might work but it's not practical.
