I have taken Melatonin on and off for many years. I will not buy this type again.I can't take the taste. I have started just swallowing it like a regular pill. It still seems to work, but still, I've taken many flavored sublingual melatonin brands that are palatable.

I don't believe it worked
I chose these based on flavor. Wanted a mint flavor. I saw the vanilla and thought how could this be bad. Welp, it tastes like baby aspirin dipped in putrid flowers with a hint of mint. I get no vanilla. But it’s melatonin 5mg so it works. I just have a bad taste in my mouth every night. For 90 +/- nights.
but it tastes horrible. It's not anything like vanilla or mint...it's a bitter taste that I can't even describe.
Small pills so that's food.
