Probiotic and High Protein Delicious Drink
If you're looking for a nutritious liquid yogurt type product, you might like to try this kefir. I use it in fruit smoothies and drink it plain or even eat it with a spoon in a cup. I learned about kefir in the book The 17 Day Diet: A Doctor's Plan Designed for Rapid Results. A nutritionist recommended having protein for breakfast and combining protein with fruit. I love to make fruit smoothies with this: one banana, one cup frozen berries, 1/2 cup kefir and enough seltzer to almost cover the fruit. I use seltzer instead of juice in the smoothie for fewer calories and grams of sugar. The protein keeps you from getting hungry said the nutritionist. You can also add vegetables to the mix for additional nutrition like cucumber or romaine lettuce which don't have strong flavors.

I also love these fruit flavors when I don't have time to make a smoothie in the morning. They are probiotic with 10 different kinds of bacteria and are naturally cultured. Kefir provides 25% of Vitamin D, 30% Calcium and 11g of Protein. This is more probiotic than yogurt and good for digestion. It's a great breakfast, lunch or snack option in a smoothie.
