I cannot stress enough how thrilled I am with this product! I have fibromyalgia (as well as a bunch of other delightful ailments) and I literally take about 40 different supplements every day in my quest to feel better, but adding this has taken me closer to "normal" than I've been in 2 decades, seriously. And it didn't even have to "build up" in my system like most other supplements, I felt the effects within a day. Because of my health problems, my sleep is horrible, and I normally need an afternoon nap every day just to make it through, but after 3 days on this product, I actually skipped my nap 3 days in a row bc I simply did not need it! That, to me (and my kids) is absolutely astounding, and I pray to God it remains this effective for me. And its a great price, easy to swallow, and I have not experienced any negative side effects. For me, this is nothing short of a miracle, and I am absolutely thrilled!

This product is an excellent mood stabilizer. It is also a mild appetite suppressant.

THIS IS AN EXCELLENT "STIMULANT" AND PICKS YOU UP IN A BETTER WAY THAN CAFFEINE, GIVING YOU A "NATURAL HIGH" FEELING.

I previously used NOW brand which I could definitely feel each time I took. I don't notice any affects from this product. It's also in a hard caplet form, rather than a gelatin powder filled capsule that NOW sells. I won't purchase this brand again.

I was hoping this would help with mood and anxiety issues, but really felt no different. I'm still hoping in the long that the amino acids are at least beneficial. Will finish bottle, but just don't think these are for me.

I tried NOW brand, it didn't work for me, so I came back to this.....
