Five Stars

This works great but you can buy it for less than $6 at Walmart .

but the company has changed the formula and the new one sucks.

The original formula. You will pay more for it than you did in the store, but the company has changed the formula and the new one sucks.

Best ones I've used

The flavor of these gummies are great, and the melatonin calms me right down for a great night's sleep. No foggy morning after!

Not what I ordered

The picture showed gummies. I received pectin-based gummies. They are not the same. Pectin-based are sold at Walmart. I intentionally ordered these because the picture indicated that they were not pectin based.
False advertising.

Heartbroken! The new version is yucky!

My daughter and I have both used Spring Valley Gummy Melatonin for years. They were so delicious it took discipline to take only one. They worked wonderfully, too.

But I just opened a new bottle and discovered the product has been changed. They're awful! They are now made like jelly candy instead of gelatin gummy candy. Think Swedish Fish candy vs Gummi Bears. (The original Spring Valley Gummy Melatonin were softer and even yummier than Gummi Bears.) I've never been able to stand the texture of jelly candies and won't be using these anymore. This leaves me with a problem, because my ADHD daughter needs melatonin to get to sleep, and I know she won't be willing to take these. Maybe I'll be able to find another brand.

Gelatin, of course, is an animal product. The original Spring Valley Gummy Melatonin bottle listed "gelatin" as an ingredient without specifying what type of gelatin. That might have turned off potential Muslim and Jewish customers who avoid anything made from pig. The easy solution for them is to use fish gelatin and say so on the bottle. Perhaps the change was made to accommodate vegetarians, who would not want any animal product. So, the company may pick up some new customers among vegetarians and people who avoid pig products. I wonder if they will get enough new sales from those sources to make up for customers they lose, like me.
