Great probiotic to keep you healthy! I've been taking it for years and rarely get sick anymore, even when everyone at work has the flu. I also use it to prevent recurring yeast infections, since it's the best one I've found that keeps everything balanced. I don't really notice a digestive effect, but I have IBS and just a bad tummy in general so I didn't expect much. The four stars is because constipation and whatnot is still an issue, but the immune system boost has been great. Tiny capsule is hardly bigger than my birth control pill, which is perfect when you take a bunch of supplements and get tired of swallowing huge pills.

I bought these probiotics not knowing what to expect as I hadn’t used probiotics before. These are amazing! I will say it took about a week for me to fully notice a difference. These pills make you regular. Also I don’t feel bloated with these pills. When I eat something that would upset my stomach before it doesn’t get that way anymore for instance if I drank milk in the morning before my stomach would get upset or if I ate wings. I couldn’t be more impressed with these and I don’t see myself ever stopping taking these. I feel better in general. I haven’t had stomach cramps at all with these and I would get them once a week or so before. I was taking fiber pills before and they were not as effective plus they would hurt my stomach if I took the recommended amount. There is No need for fiber with these.

I prefer these over an probiotic, they work best for me with thrush and bacterial vaginosis. I am on immune medications that cause problems and I have to take this as a form of medication to help counteract what my medications can do and trubiotics is my favorite probiotic to use.

Lost 30 lbs with TruBiotics and minor changes in foods.<br />Large glass of water each morning with 1 TruBiotics pill is really all I did. Several glasses of water throughout the day and cut down a little on breads.

These are OK. I've been using them for the better part of a year. There are a couple things you need to know. These capsules contain only 1.5 billion cells per serving compared to other brands that contain 20-70 billion cells per serving for only a slightly higher cost. The other item is that this product contains sodium glutamate. If you have sensitivities to MSG or similar salts, do some research. These are very small capsules so there is not much of it in them anyway.
