This product works great and the taste is great also. This was bought for my children, they love it and helps them sleep longer. I ordered 1mg and received 5mg.

I buy this to help my 7 year old granddaughter relax before bed. We spoke with her pediatrician and she also gave the ok. 1/2 tablet nightly at the same time. She sleeps better and is able to have a more restful sleep. Amazon is only place I can find the 1 mg dissolvable tablet. It has a pleasant taste and she has even become aware how it helps her to relax and fall asleep. No fights at bedtime. Win, win situation

Works well. I give my kids 1 every once in a while when they are really wound up and I need then to calm down for bed. Some times they knock out and sometimes it just calms them enough to relax and go to bed easier. I don’t use it every day so not sure about long term effects.
