Good nights rest!

Really helps you sleep and you don’t feel groggy in the morning. However I take them about 1 1/2 hours before I go to bed.

I didn't read the instructions and took 2 of these. Was out within 30 minutes and got a full nights sleep which hasn't occurred in probable a year +.

Switching from a prescription med to a natural sleep aid was a great decision!

After seven years on a very expensive prescription sleep aid, I started the new year with a determination to get off the prescription med. Predictably, there was a period of adjustment, but I'm now sleeping very well with this natural sleep aid. I'm very satisfied with the results!
