It really does help to have you drift off to sleep. I like that there are no additives as I have problems with a lot of the additives put in vitamins. I also like that it comes in a strength of 3mg as my psychiatrist told me to take it in derivatives of 3 up to a dose of 9 mg. before bed. This is perfect for that.

I won’t take any other brand of vitamin but his. All that crap at the drugstore is full of fillers. So your maybe getting 10% of whatever vitamin your taking. I actually had my doctor start recommending one of his vitamins over a prescription medication. I did buy this for my daughter. Lessman or not melatonin doesn’t work for me

1st time trying. Have only used 4 nights but does seem to help in continuous sleep vs waking up and mind wandering non sleep

Only take one tablet and it seems to help a little
