If I could give this no star I would. Taking just one pill made me extremely sick with horrible abdominal pain. These are apparently not ideal for those with GI problems, despite a recommendation from a doctor. Please be careful.

One a day for my son. He loves chewing one in the morning to help start his day. The probiotics help his immune system and on the rare case he has an illness he is over and done relatively quick according to what I read.

My daughter is lactose intolerance and need something to help her when she wants to enjoy some products with a little cows milk
