Xylitol making me sick

Has so much xylitilol in it I wake up with a splitting headache and nausea each time I tried it. It isn’t worth it for the sleep.

My husband loves it - he sleeps deeply when he takes it. Vitamins in spray form are the only way to go. Everyone is different, so you may not get the same results. But we always order more.
