Hi peeps, you probably have a hard time to open the cap just like me. My method is to use a rubber glove wrap the top and twist it. The friction will help you open it easily without hurt you hands. Hope the tip helps!

My bulk order arrived with brown liquid in them. I’ve been buying dream waters for years and I know they are supposed to be clear. Absolutely disappointed and disgusted. The clear one in the picture was from a SEPERATE order.

I found this product at the counter in an airport snack/bookshop and thought I'd give it a shot. I've struggled with sleep issues my entire life, and have some experience with pretty much every sleep aid that exists. I hadn't yet tried this one, and the fact that the flavor was "snoozeberry," which elicited memories of Willy Wonka's "snozberry" wallpaper.<br /><br />That night, I slept way better than I expected, and fell asleep far more quickly than usual. I immediately ordered these from Amazon. I got through half of the box and realized that they could not become a nightly habit. For one, I was building up a tolerance and it wasn't as effective any more. Plus, they were over 2 dollars per bottle, and I couldn't see myself dropping over 700 bucks a year on these to have them every day.<br /><br />Fortunately, I found the powder version, and have been using that for a while now. It's still not cheap at nearly a dollar per packet, but it works.

I wish there were even more stars available! I have been using Dream Water for the last 4 years. I hope this product never goes away. :-(<br />I did have some issues with some bottles not being able to open. My husband and son both couldn't twist the cap off. I had thrown them away in the past and was bummed to do that. After a little while it dawned on me to email customer service about it. They were so nice and so helpful. They took my information and very quickly replaced the water products. This company values their customers and is top notch in my book. I am a very avid amazon prime user and am sorry to say I don't often write reviews. I know that I should because I have been very satisfied in 95% of my purchases. I really felt the need to post this about Dream Water. Thank you for a fantastic product and for taking such good care of your customers.

A while ago I tried Dream Water and loved it, but stopped taking it because it is quite expensive. I tried several other sleep aids (various pills, herbs, and plain melatonin) and I have gone back to Dream Water because it is hands down the BEST in so many ways. I go to sleep very quickly every time, and I wake up feeling rested and refreshed, every time. The fact that it is a small quantity of liquid is a big selling point for me, as taking any kind of pill before bed upsets my stomach. As I have aged I just don't sleep as quickly or as deeply, and Dream Water makes me sleep like I did when I was a teenager. I do wish Dream Water would issue a coupon code for loyal purchasers, but I'm done trying other "similar" products because they just do not work as well for me.

I can’t believe it but this stuff really works. I have struggled to find any kind of natural relief for sleep but this combination worked and it keeps working. I am a skeptic so thought maybe it was just a coincidence but I have used it now on an overnight flight to Europe, after a stressful day, nights where I woke and needed to go back to sleep. It has worked every time.
