I take one every night at bed time and am now able to use the bathroom In the morning. No gas or bloating.

I have used this brand of probiotics for years and they have been the best. Truly a lifesaver for my stomach issues. However, the last 2 bottles that I've bought have not worked at all. I have had the worst reflux and heartburn in several years. The 1st bottle, I thought okay maybe it's a fluke. But after the 2nd bottle, i had to find something new. Very disappointed.

Take it every morning on an empty stomach.
