I am 65 and can have trouble fall and staying asleep. I didn't want to use prescription sleeping aids as they made me groggy. Tried every other herbal products, and finally found this a year ago. LOVE IT! I take it 30 minutes before bed and when I get in bed I usually fall asleep within 2-5 minutes and sleep well all night, and wake up refreshed, rested and no side effects. This is a great product and I most highly recommend.

Ok, so, 4 people have tried this (including myself) and the results have actually been very mixed. I have seen Mr. Lessman's presentation on these on TV. He says there is no "hangover effect" after using it, but two of the four people in my house who used it did experience some residual grogginess after using it - one just a little bit and the other quite a bit for a few hours the next morning; two of us did not. In terms of it's calming effect where it helps you fall asleep (taken 30 minutes before bed): It had SOME effect on all four of us. With me, maybe the least amount, but it did help a LITTLE bit. The other three said it did enough to say it was "noticeable", and one said very much so. It didn't keep any of us from waking up in the middle of the night, but did help to fall back to sleep a little quicker.<br /><br />So I'm giving it 3 stars to say that's it's "ok", and it does work more than not taking anything at all. As he said on TV, it's not a sleeping pill and shouldn't be considered at such. I just didn't think it worked as good as claimed, though again, it did somewhat. We'll keep trying it out over time and update if needed. I would recommend at least trying it as again, results were so mixed it might work great for some, etc.

Andrew Lessman’s Night Time capsules are the only thing that have ever helped me go to sleep. I go to sleep within an hour of taking the capsule. Before taking them I only slept 2 to 3 hours at a time. Now I sleep about 6 hours and if I wake up, I’m able to go right back to sleep. I only take 1 capsule but my doctor said I could take 1 before going to sleep and then another a few hours later if I want a longer sleep. I really think it’s the Valerian and other things in it that make it work better for me than just the brands that have Melatonin only. I do have dreams but I find I’m having a much deeper sleep and wake up rested. I will never go without them.

I've taken a ton of sleep aids and I think what happens is after a bottle you're body adjusts too it and they stop helping. I'm taking a class at night now it's made it so hard to sleep I even tried the edc sleep aid one. I took one of these when i was ready to go to bed and feel i got a whole nights sleep finally after not sleeping for a while. Even when i did sleep before I'd often wake up at 7 am this even helped me sleep longer. I highly recommend this since I hadn't gotten much sleep the last few nights it really made a difference!! It hasn't been a whole month but considering that you take just one and it worked right away it did help!! I sure I would buy again if it's still helping at the end of the month!

I love this product. I feel relaxed and I don't have nightmares, which I have suffered with for many, many years. This has all the ingredients needed to have a restful nights sleep.
