My doctor recommended a 14 day detox which included this product, combined with Designs For Health - Plant Enzyme Digestive Formula (90 capsules) and Designs for Health - Paleocleanse 756 Gms. After two weeks I felt better than ever, had more energy while never hungry. I extended the program for another two weeks and lost a total of 20 lbs! Hooray! Follow up bloodwork showed much better results, too.
Great for detoxing out excess sex hormones, among other things. It's my 'go to' for woman with PCOS or Estrogen dominance.
This is my second order of this product. It was purchased as a part of a larger health protocol that has provided overall improvement in negative symptoms. As far as I can tell, this product is having a positive affect which is why I am willing to make the investment. I was disappointed today when I opened a brand new bottle and the very first capsule that fell into my hand was empty, clearly punctured during some part of manufacturing. The product is too expensive to be delivered with defective capsules. My hope is that there are not other such capsules in the bottle as I will not hesitate to find another source.
This is a quality product with helpful ingredients, but I could not tolerate it. It made me nervous. It was not for me.
I suffer with IBS. When I have a flare up I always do this cleans and it gets my gut back in good shape. I pair it with a good probiotic and the designs for health Amino-D-Tox.
