Need better ZZZZZzzzzzzz?

[[ASIN:B005DEK990 Nature Made Melatonin Tablets, Value Size, 3 Mg, 240 Count]]<br /><br />My situation is that i woke up one day and I was over 50, over weight and for the first time in my life felt I was in jeopardy of serious health issues<br />if i did not change things. One of my main concerns and i suspected possibly at the center of my issues was sleep. I seldom slept more than a few hours and felt exhausted and grumpy all the time. I came across an personal trainer recommendation for Melatonin. He suggested a tablet before bed to help recover from exercise and improve the quality of your sleep.<br /><br />The last week, i started taking a tablet of Nature Made Melatonin prior to bed and have had the best sleep I can remember in years.<br />I am still not out of the woods with my health, but so far this product has been a true god send in combination with my exercise and eating strategy. With improved sleep, i have already noticed less soreness after exercise and more energy throughout the day and better temperment.<br /><br />A few suggestions. I would only take this product prior to sleeping. I would also suggest regular exercise and reasonable food choices in combination with its use. I am not the type of person to take over the counter or prescription drugs. When I am exercising regularly I will take some supplements. I have never taken anything for sleep aid and honestly I hope I can get to the point where I do not need to take these any longer. In the meantime, I am thankful I found them and hope others share the same experience.<br /><br />Keep in mind that this is a testimony and not a professional opinion. Please do your own research and speak to your doctor about using this product for your own situation.

Does the job, helps when I travel

I bought this melatonin for when I travel between time zones. It helps me adjust quickly when I get there, and helps me get back to a regular sleeping schedule upon my return. I don't feel any effects the next day as long as I have 6 or more hours to actually sleep. I usually only have to take it a few days to help me get back on track. I have recommended this to friends and family that also struggle with jet lag, or just at-home insomnia.

Works!

This works for me! I have bad anxiety when it’s time for me to sleep! I can be falling asleep all day but once I hit the bed it’s like “sike” so I got these. They work for me. And what I like about it the most is that I don’t feel drowsy once I wake up. That’s a plus for me! They also work fast. I be knocked out super fast. I think everyone is different though especially with stuff like this .

Great value and WORKS

My teenage daughter and I both have trouble sleeping sometimes, so we take melatonin supplements to help with that. I prefer melatonin because it doesn't make me weird or practically comatose, and doesn't cause me to have lots of odd, intense dreams all the time. I can also wake up when I need to and get my day started without being groggy. Our family doctor approved our use of the supplement as well.<br /><br />The tablets are very small, so for anyone who has a hard time swallowing pills, these would likely not be an issue. I started off with one to see how that would go, but eventually went up to taking two before bed. That has worked well for me. I give my teen just one and that does the job for her. So you have to see what will work for you, but they do work as intended.<br /><br />These are also a good value. I have paid roughly the same amount for other brands that didn't include nearly as many pills or gummies in the bottle (we've done both).

Works

Rather than being wide awake every night until 2, 3, 4:00 I actualle get sleepy by midnight. Huge improvement. No after effects the next day.

Give it a week

I was basically addicted to taking 1/2 a Benadryl pill every night to stay asleep. But that stuff knocked me out too much, and made me drowsy in the morning. Benadryl was also excessively drying out my sinuses and even my eyes. Additionally, it just felt wrong taking it for a sleep aid. Decided to try out melatonin and was pretty disappointed for the first few nights. I was determined to stay off the Benadryl and kept taking the melatonin. After about a week, it started to work. Now I fall asleep quickly and even when I wake up to use the restroom, I fall right back to sleep. Plus I feel better taking a natural substance that doesn't make me drowsy in the morning. I'm kind of surprised how well this stuff works.
