My doctor gave me a lot of blood work and looking at my adrenals hormones and sleep patterns. I have to say this has lifted my mild depression, my hot flashes dissappeared , I am sleeping better, I have more energy and my bone pains seem to be going down. I have tried a lot of things and I am in the healthcare profession myself. I do love this product. If I stop to take it for 2 to 3 days my heart pushes come back and my sleep is disrupted.

Wonderful product. I took this product for 3 months. At first I couldn't seem to tell much difference. After the first month I started to feel the difference. In my overall mood, my energy level, sleeping better. Took it for 3 months altogether. Went to order again and they didn't have them, so I ended up buying a different one that was cheaper, with different stuff in them. After a few days of those I could tell a big difference. The others didn't work the same. They were helpfu,l but not as strong as these. I am now placing my order for these for the fourth time. These are very potent, so I recommend you start out slow with one a day and work your way up to two, but they do very much work.

I have been having some problems with low thyroid and low iron. This product gives me the adrenal support I need. Amazed at how much it helps! I stopped taking it and went back to having extreme fatigue in the afternoons. I realized after 6 days and went back to taking it twice a day. My Dr says I have to skip taking it for 3 days every couple of months or it won't be as effective.

took it because it was cheaper than Moss nutrition HPA select and has the exact same ingredients. My body likes the Moss but could not tolerate this one for some reason
