This was a terrific product for me after extensive surgeries and illness. I had alot of antibiotics and not able to eat healthy, live food. I did 3 weeks of this because I knew I needed a jump start. I'd say it's probably a good idea after you've had antibiotics to get a jump start with a week or occasionally if you only eat dead food. Seems to be of good quality. The price was good for the product.

It's fine. Did what I expected, nothing more. Might try other brands before reordering.
