Seems to be working great for me. I have multiple autoimmune diseases and have problem with good bacteria balance. These seem to help a lot.<br />I eventually added it after using CandidaGo by VitaanaHealth for a few weeks. And then I added a daily Prescript-Assist dose and a ThreeLac packet to this one. Covering allllll the bases lol.
