Each serving of bcaa's contains 400% RDA of B6 and 5500% RDA of B12.<br />I already take a multi with a large helping of B complex.<br />And Emergen-C has B's.<br />And I take two servings of BCAA's on a workout day.<br />All in all I don't want to be taking so much B.<br />It's a shame that this information is not here on Amazon.<br />Every time I buy supplements here I must remember to look on other websites for the precise contents.
