I have tried others but none compare to this product. I had kept a cold with drainage in my throat that would not move at all (nearly strangle me). I started using 2-3 packets for a couple of months and my cold cleared up. I now maintain taking 2-3 packs 3-4 times a week. If I ever go for a while without taking it the cold will creep back up but after loading up for a few days it clears once again.<br /><br />Also my wife has yeast problems with athletes feet and it worked great for her too.

I've tried at least a dozen probiotic products from refrigerated drops to bulk jars and all sorts in between. This one works. They all do more or less; some more than the ones that don't do much at all. Fivelac has performed well. Being packaged in single dose pouches makes 5L very convenient for travel. These things vary from person to person so my opinion if for what it's worth, my opinion. I like the stuff. It's works well for me.<br /><br />Would I recommend it to friends? I have family members using it since I turned them on to Fivelac.

I like it! WE have a family full of wheat sensitive people. I feel this helps in the fight for a better immune system and to heal the damage of wheat and the candida. Will keep buying.

Been taking this for about six weeks. Energy is more consistent and I feel less sluggish in the afternoons. Happy with the purchase.
