Melatonin works like a wave. In about 10-20 minutes you will feel pre-sleep sensations, you’ll want to catch that wave instead of worrying what it is and how long the sensation will last. Just go with it like a tide pulling your feet when you are standing ankle high at a beach. Nighty night!!
These are melatonin nuggets that really really work. I use them sublingually and they never fail to put me to sleep. Have tried many other ones but these are the best.
Puts me to sleep about an hour or two after taking them. They dissolve fast. No time release here. I have PTSD that makes it very hard to sleep. Once these are metabolized. I'd say about 4 hours for me I wake up. Seems like taking another one at that point does little to nothing. Great for getting to sleep. I've bought them several times and will buy more.
I would like to tell you how good this worked but I can't because I was too busy sleeping soundly.
