I have had horrible IBS for many years now and never found anything that really helps, whether it be Rx or over the counter. Until now. I've been taking these probiotic pills for about a month now and have never felt better, stomach wise! I haven't had an "episode" (I usually cycle between bouts of diahrrea and constipation) all month. I've tried other probiotics with little to no results. This is the first one I've tried to actually give me results!

I will update in a few weeks<br /><br />I suffer from bad sinus infections about 3 times a year. During and after a course of antibiotics I take Shiff Digestive Advantage IBS. It always works well to help keep my digestive system from getting out of whack from the antibiotics so it's my first choice as well as being economical.<br /><br />With the "NEW IMPROVED" formula which I cannot figure out how it's improved it now has SOY and WHEAT GLUTEN.<br /><br />Way to go, Shiff !!! Make your digestive aid products with two of the more common digestive food allergens included. If your goal was to eliminated a good portion of your customer base then you have "improved"<br /><br />Personally, I don't appear to have an allergy to wheat or soy and so far(I am only two days in to therapy with this) the change doesn't appear to be a problem for me. I hope they still work as well as the old unimproved formula. Will take week or so to tell.

I have been taking these for a couple of days due to IBS, and have found my stomach to feel a bit better. It does not make me go to the bathroom, and I do not feel nauseaus, which is a good sign. I will write another review when I complete the bottle.

Product works but not any better than other probiotics. Problem is that Schiff has discontinued manufacture and not told anyone whats going on. Emails and calls to Schiff go unanswered. I recently had a problems with a multi vitamin of theirs that was rotten in the bottle. They wouldn't replace. Their actions show they have no regard for customers and since this is something I use for health I am afraid they have no concern for their customers well being.<br />Good Bye Schiff.

This product has replaced the digestive advantage irritable bowel syndrome product which I have been taking successfully for years now to help control my IBS symptoms. This product no longer works for me..........they state it's 'the same great product' but that cannot be true.....something changed. Digestive Advantage please bring back the old IRRITABLE BOWEL SYNDROME product!

I am taking this and Phillips Colon Health once a day and it has been tremendous help for my IBS with my fibromyalgia! I have the IBSC and I would have spasms so often with terrible pain. I tried Linzess and other things. This combo has been amazing for me!
