I find this is the only brand of melatonin that works to put me to sleep. I've tried a number of brands throughout the years and this is the one I always go back to.
Excellent sleep aid
The jury is still out on whether or not this works. So far no, but we're going to try it a bit longer. I found 5mg elsewhere, so we may try 2 tablets instead of 1 because these are only 3mg.
Windmill Melatonin does what it is supposed to do and certainly aids sleep. Easier on the system than some of the other substances like Tylenol PM. I've found other brands of melatonin to be a lot less effective, so even though this might cost a little more it seems to be worth it.
It's fine. Did what I expected, nothing more. Might try other brands before reordering.
Been taking this for about six weeks. Energy is more consistent and I feel less sluggish in the afternoons. Happy with the purchase.
