I’ve used many brands of Melatonin. This is the best I’ve ever used. I recommend it to my friends often.

I have been taking one tablet nightly for a few days now. On the first night and since I have been getting to bed several hours earlier than I had been. I retired August 2022. For a few month my sleep pattern has been really messed. I knew I needed to do something. I was getting to bed between 4 am and 5 am. I was waking up at 12 pm or later each day. Before I retired, I used to wake up at 3:30 am. Since taking melatonin, I'm getting to bed at around 2 am and waking up at approx. 10 am. I hope my schedule continues to roll back so I will get to bed at around 11 pm and start waking up at 8 am at the latest. My goal is to take melatonin for no more than a few weeks. Hopefully by then, my natural sleep pattern will be to go to bed earlier without the need for it. After that, I will only take if I notice my sleep pattern changing again.

Works well. Deducting a star because the bottle is hard to open with one hand, but the product itself is solid.

Been taking this for about six weeks. Energy is more consistent and I feel less sluggish in the afternoons. Happy with the purchase.
