My doctor put me on a very good probiotic and it worked very well. But it was so expensive that I was looking for an alternative that would work and wouldn't upset my stomach. Some probiotics made my stomach rebel. I tried this from my local health food store and it worked just as well as the one my Dr. had me on and was not as expensive. Then I found the same thing on Amazon for less expense and I don't have to spend money on gas! Win!

Excellent product for balancing yeast levels naturally. I was worried about it traveling unrefrigerated but the product is fine. I do keep it refrigerated.

Works well. Deducting a star because the bottle is hard to open with one hand, but the product itself is solid.
