Works for acid reflux for me
Needed some when my acid reflux or Gerd (never been told which I have) and it helps , take several times a day at first then down to once a day and as needed. Til I don't need it .

ive Bought about 4 different brands of l-glutamine but this is by far the best I’ve come across. I usually buy it from a natural store but this time I ran out so I wanted to see if I could find it here. So I’m getting a bottle. 👍🏼

Been taking this for about six weeks.
