I ordered these to help heal my gut after a parasitic infection. They worded realky well, but to get the recommended dose from my doctor I took 5 pills on an empty stomach twice a day. I feel great now!

They're easy to swallow and coated well. They are not small though and may be harder for some. Excellent buy, especially for an amino acid! Good brand.
